社区服务 performed while enrolled at NVC can be listed on your official 阿拉莫大学 Experience Transcript! Just follow the directions below to submit your service documentation.

How to Join NVC SERVES 在AlamoExperience
- 去 “AlamoExperience”
- “Sign in with ACES ID”
- Fill out the basic profile information (如果需要)
- 点击“立即加入”
提交 Service Documentation 在AlamoExperience
How to 提交 社区服务 Hours: (Self-reported events)
- 登录到 “AlamoExperience”
- 点击 your profile icon
- 点击“经历"
- 点击 "增加经验"
- 点击“Experiential Learning Self-Reported Experience"
- Fill out the form (required to follow the format for all community service)
- The "Experience" name will be: NVC 社区服务: Name of Event or Agency
- i.e. = NVC 社区服务: Habitat For Humanity
- The "Organization" name will be the name of event or name of agency
- The "Contact" information will be from the organization you served with
- Upload your service documentation (an official letter or certificate) indicating:
- 你的名字
- 送达日期
- 总服务时数
- (Sign-in sheets, forms 和 h和written letters are not accep选项卡le)
- 提交审批
- The 社区服务 event will be listed on your Experience Transcript 一旦获得批准 (Allow 5 business days for your submission to be reviewed)
